I'll be as informative and as brief as possible.
System: nVidia NF4UL-A9 biostar mb, AMD Venice 3500, kingston  hyper-x 1GB,Seagate barracuda 7200.10 320 GB, 500w Nexus PSU, MICROSOFT natural ergonomic kb 4000 windowsw XPprofessional service pak2.

Up and down keys wont work at boot so I cant choose different OS. I am in set up mode and cant get out. I press F3 and comp restart but Icant use dir. keys to highlight winXP or linux.

Pls help?

Grey & aquq is incorrect, try green & purple.
