Answer» Hi Guys,
I found this site surfing for help with my problem. I don't remember how long it's been but I have just dealt with it forever it seems. OK here's my problem. When I open a new window in IE and if I move the cursor outside of the window unless I enlarge the window, it disappears to the taskbar. So when the window is small the way I bring it back up again is to hit Alt +Tab and it pops back up but if I'm not careful and don't enlarge it to FILL screen it pops right off again. Very much a hassle but have been DEALING with it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about. It may be a feature for the blind or deaf or something. I must have been playing around and changed a setting and have had this problem ever since. Now I would love to be able to go back. Anyone know what I'm talking about or does it make any sense at all?
Thanks, Robert (MEGALADONMAN)Maybe, it's your mouse. Did you try different one?Hi,
No I know it's not the mouse. There was some setting because I was playing around and then it started doing it just like that. Thanks for your suggestion though.
Rob I CHECKED both Accessibility Options in Control Panel and also Mouse settings in IE...didn't see anything that describes your BEHAVIOUR... Any add-on toolbars installed ? ?
Another thing you can try is go to Device Manager and right clik the Mouse and un-install it...re-boot and Windows will automatically re-install it. Perhaps this will clear up the issue.Go here: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_t.htm Download script: MINIMIZED Programs Missing Run it, by double clicking on it.
