i think it might be because you don't have a Data Filter on your Cable to the TV

The Cable installer(NTL) here always put a Little Data Filtering box thinggie on the Cable In place of a T or Y connector

OK, how much do the Data FILTERS go for?I'm not sure , i think there like $5 , but first you need to find out if you need one. How are your modem and TV connected? Quote

What did you mean by how are they connected? I'm sorry i'm just not good at this sorta stuff..What Way do the Wire's Go

Are your TV and modem on the Same cable? and is it Being Split by a Little Metal Box?^^^YES, my modem and TV are on the same cable..Does that matter? Theres no metal box as far as I know..Then i think you might need a Data Filter,  go to a electroincs shop and tell them why you need it and theyll sell you waht you need Quote
