Please Help.  This error box pops up for every program I open. 

I've tried a restore from PREVIOUS dates, does not work.
I've run VARIOUS spyware and virus SCAN PROGRAMS and the problem persists.
Which scans have you RAN ? ?
Sounds like you are still infected...
