The normal Windows dllhost.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32 as in your screen shot. It monitors DLL-based activities in the background and is used by SEVERAL applications as a "host" for dll-based applications. The most common Microsoft application that uses it is Internet Information Server (IIS), the web server. Dllhost.exe is an essential PART of Windows and required for Windows to work properly. It should never be disabled.

Thanks, i was going through cleaning out bulk programs and wasn't SURE what that quite was.
