my computer evertime it loads WILL NOT load shortcuts it wont open anything if i click on it and USUALLY they have the blank application icons picture to it, finally i was WONDERING if ANYONE could tell me how i could fix this problem without re-formatting my comp.
also it sometimes works again if i restart Do you have adware/spyware/antivirus solutions in place and being used?
Tr Ewido, Spybot, Ad Aware, and AVG Free (they are all free, just google for them) to make sure your system is clean and let us know.I am not understanding LOADING "shortcuts" Are you talking about shortcuts on the desktop? Blank icons?
Why don't you right click on the icon and look in properties. Find out where these programs are LOCATED and then try and see if they will open from the directory in which they are. I hope this helped a bit.
