Why you ask?  I haven't had a problem TILL now.  I was wondering why my BAD review of some PNY memory wasn't posted.  I was told on the phone "they only post good reviews".  "They will not post a bad review of products they sell"!  I don't need to tell you the point of reivews is to see the good and bad.  I think I'll change my ID at all the forums to "Dont_buy_from_tigerdirect.com".  Sorry, but I have to spread the news.  Anything to help bring their buisness down. I wondered about that.  I've purchased from TigerDirect, about 4 to 6 times in the last 2 or 3 years.  Never had a problem with them but I agree with you on this issue.  In COMPARISON, newegg.com clearly does post negative reviews.Reviews aside, I have had no problems with TigerDirect. I  have had  a few dud products from the hundred ordered, but returns/exchanges have been easy.

A lot of those reviews leave a lot to be desired.I have bought from them for 5 years and only had 1 bad experience. Their recommended mother board , 755 intel processor and ddr2 memory were not a match and would not work. I kept the processor and sent the rest back for a full refund and ordered the CORRECT board and memory and its is working fine.
