Can you download Office 2003 professional on a vista operating system. I don't want to pay for for a new windows program if I already have one.Let's define download to MEAN getting a file from the Internet and TRANSFERRING it to your computer via the Internet.  Installing a program from a CD or DVD is not downloading, it's installing.
