I am trying to download word or any document from my gmail account.But after processing nothing is shown in the downloaded location
.I also try download after uninstall anti virus but again nothing is downloaded.
But anti virus SHORTCUT is shown at my laptop but it's not shown in control panel at install/uninstall section.Please provide me solution for the same.That how can i download a document from my gmail account.

You may be having a setting or add-on that CAUSES your browser to not work correctly. I'm going to assume that you use Internet Explorer. Here is tips and tricks for solving problems with Internet Explorer.

Also, CHECK that you are in the RIGHT location where the DOWNLOADS are. You can change the default folder for your downloads by clicking on the little cogwheel and then view downloads, and click on options.
