Answer» Specs: As of today (or within the last 2 days) Win 7 is updated to SP3.Whoa here! SP3 has not been released and neither has SP2 or Windows 7. SP2 is rumored to be released in mid-2012.I think he was thinking of XP... This is comin at you from my Toshiba laptop Win 7 64. In the midst of online activity earlier today my work was interrupted by a win update. Did an automatic shutdown and on restart i was given the opportunity to show all the updates that had just been installed. I didn't count them all but i would say easily 50 line items. Mostly security updates but one was stated as SP3. Those darn details will get you every time. There were so many updates listed i just scanned them rapidly to see what had happened with the current update. Didn't realize that it was showing them ALL since updates were installed on this computer. My apologies to the o/p. O/S win7 SP 2 due around June 2012. Seriously, I can't find a reason for any laptops to be labelled as gaming laptops in terms of hardware components and design. the extreme alienwares not a good gaming laptop? |
