Answer» Hello I have a basic Web cam which I am trying to install. I have installed the drivers that came with it from a CD and the software tells me that they have been installed properly. The PC also detects the new hardware when I plug the camera into the tower. However, I can see a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager so there is a driver problem - it says CIF Single Chip - and when I try to troubleshoot it I am told that file kstvtune.ax is needed. It says this file is on the Win XP home CD. But that file is not on the Win XP home CD. What is the best way of resolving this, please? I am in the process of downloading SP3 - not sure why it wasn't done automatically when Windows Update is on - but I am told that 'set up cannot copy the file mswstr10.dll. I am attaching a shot. The file mswstr10.dll is PRESENT in my system32 folder, but Windows doesn't seem to be able to copy it, so for the time being installing SP3 is on hold.
