Answer» i got a drm wma file from walmart downloads so i tried playing it with wmp9 (which walmart recommends) and a message popped up saying that i need to update my drm components so i clicked ok. it said it was starting individualization but then a message pops up that says "unknown error". microsoft has no info on this error on their website. this REALLY is a frustration to me!!Just to let you know that your question is not being ignored, its just that I have no idea how to fix it. I tried the file with my dad's computer and it plays at least, however, it won't let me put it on my portable device.Why anyone would put a DRM file on their machine to begin with is beyond me...
