Answer» when i insert dvd in my pc. it does not load dvd. when i DOUBLE click on dvd icon in removable device section msg appear please insert disk, disk is ALREADY in. what is the problem. i am using win7 32 bitShort answer. The device has failed. But in some cases it may be a bad cable or connector. Or the cable is not fully inserted into the connector. Just one DISC or all discs? The easiest way to find out if the DRIVE is working is to insert a BOOTABLE disc in the drive and reboot. Make sure the optical drive is at the top of the boot order in bios. Does the system boot to the disc?
