Answer» I cannot OPEN some of my e-mails because a box APPEARS saying that it cannot open because there is no program associated with it and to create an association in the folder options menu in the control panel. I have tried tinkering around the folder options menu but STILL cannot open these e-mail's.Any suggestions ??Patty...... Could you tell us which Email program your using and was it the Email or an attachment in it ? Is this something that has just started ? dl65 And what are the attachments TITLED? That is the key.the e-mail has an attachment, i don't know what kind it is.The problem is with file associations, but without knowing the attachment's full FILENAME we cannot advise. Right click on it and choose "save as" and then post what the file is called when it is saved.
