Answer» Ok, I can't get onto the internet because I un-installed McAfee Firewall, and now I am looking to erase my HARD DISK and start over. I have the Windows ME disk, and the Windows XP Home UPGRADE. I have already used the Windows XP upgrade once, so will it work again after I erase everything and put Windows ME on? PLEASE HELP!!!!! [glb]Flame[/glb]flame......To answer your question , If you do a format and a clean install of Win ME ......then load your Win XP upgrade ...it should be ok ........I am not aware of any reason it shouldnt work. In other words, I will not have to INSTALL ME right? [glb]Flame[/glb]flame......To answer your question , If you do a format and a clean install of Win ME ......then load your Win XP upgrade ...it should be ok ........I am not aware of any reason it shouldnt work.
