Answer» The ASMS folder is currupted? It is fixable with a HACK without turning it Pirated. 1. Copy all directories of the currupted Windows XP CD EXCEPT the I386 folder. 2. Copy the i386 directory from another CD-ROM with the same edition onto the Hard Drive 3. Copy the i386 directory from the currupted CD-ROM with everything except the ASMS folder. 4. Burn it on to a CD-R. If you are doing a installation without burning a CD-R, skip steps 1 and 4. To boot, you need floppy DISKS at http://www.allbootdisks.com/download/xphome.html for Home Edition or http://www.allbootdisks.com/download/xppro.html for Professional. I did this on Professional but Home Edition may work.Can't assist with pirated VERSIONS of any SOFTWARE... Sorry. Topic Closed.
