Solve : eliminating add on folders in my documents?

Hi, Does anyone know how to STOP the "add on" folders in My Documents? I delete them and they get added BACK automatically.

thanks for the helpWell can you be more specific as to the folders your deleting  (ie) My MUSIC, My PICS, filelib
Some programs add these folders to STORE info documents etc
