Solve : emails wont open? |

Answer» some of the attachments i get in my emails wont open i get a message up, (your security settings do not allow this file to be opened.)i am using windows 7. Search up IncredieMail (or what ever it is.) Vaguely suggesting ANOTHER email service does not solve the problem. Have you checked the security settings within the browser? Have you tried another browser? You mentioned that you only have this problem with certain attachments, but not all. Is there something common about the affected attachments (same file type (ZIP, EXE, etc.), same sender, something else? See http://www.sky.com/helpcentre/broadband/email-and-tools/pop-imap/; it was buried DEEP in their site. thanks everybody i think i have cracked it.i clicked on the email then right clicked then open whith,i clicked word now all my saved emails open. |
