Solve : Encrypt my Information Software?

Hello,
 I have to use " Encrypt my Information " for my COMPANY.
It now states that my password is incorrect.

I can not uninstall the software because I need the password.
I can not even reinstall windows because the prog has folders on lock down.

I was TOLD to get into DOS < C:\windows\system32 from here I should have been able to delete a FILE called EMIINFO.ACL

From what I can tell this file does not exist.
I did try cd\ah to search for hidden files as well.

Any help would be great.

Yes I know the password...
The issue is that the config file that held the password is gone from my system & I have no way of making a new one.

I have e-mailed the company that make this software this morning. fingerscrossed.

 Best of Luck...
You may want to consider that someone may have been attempting to OVERCOME your in place security which would explain the missing file...
