Answer» Hello, I have a problem. I create a password for my own login. Today my computer is down and I can not back up files. So I restore my system with the option of leaving my files intact. When I finally restore my computer, I go to my files and COULD not open. It keep saying "the folder is not accessible, access is denied." I still remember the password, and try to find way to unlock the folder, but I can not. Any can help me out with this?Which files are you trying to open? Are you logged on as the user you used before?I don't know but I believe after the restore, the new login is DIFFERENT. The OLD login BECOME a file in the hard drive call document and SETTINGS. The old login files is the one I want to open.Can you log in as the old user?I don't know how to login as the old user.
