You will be asked if you want to run it on the next boot. Say yes and reboot. If that doesn't do it, you may need to boot to Windows 7's repair options.how do i boot to Windows 7's repair options.coz tht din work..Boot to the Windows 7 dvdError 711: Cannot load Remote Access Service Connection Manager and Error 1068: the dependency service or group failed to start and cannot start the remote access connection manager service.
There is no need to upgrade your windows.
You will have to do this five steps
1. Give full security rights to folder c:\windows (select in the Change Permission "this folder, subfolders and files") 2. Restart PC 3. Delete folder C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\WMI 4. Restart PC 5. Try starting Remote Access Connection Manager service (or VPN for those who can't start VPN )You're responding to a 2 year old thread.By Jove ...i think he;s got it ...
Best Solution Ever for both 711 and 1068 Error only 2 steps works for me because WMI Directory is not there
1. Give full security rights to folder c:\windows (select in the Change Permission "this folder, subfolders and files") 2. Restart PCEgads...
