Answer» I keep my videos in My Documents/My Videos All of a sudden, when i click on anything in that FOLDER, it crashes Windows Explorer. I did a VIRUS scan with no result. I managed to move one of the videos to ANOTHER location ,and the same thing happened in that new folder when clicking on the video. Any ideas?What video player are you using? If you right click one of your videos does your computer crash? Have you tried System Restore?Is Thumbnail view enabled in folder options ? ? This will cause crashes if it's a big directory or they are mostly vid files...1.) Go to START-->RUN and type cmd to open a COMMAND prompt. 2.) Type regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll and HIT ENTER.
