I would like to help, I m getting error ( Can't LOAD library from memory) when i m opening any FOLDER.

More details, please. Your OS? Some hardware info (memory, hard drive size and free space). Did you make some software or hardware change to your system just before this started? By "opening any folder", do you mean using Windows Explorer?
Also, what protections are you using for viruses, spyware, etc.?Hi
Windows XP pro, Memory sufficient.
By opening any folder like "my documents" or any sub folder.
Symantic.Have you noticed that the pc clock is out of sync? Googled your error message and came up with the PROBLEM being associated with the bios battery...

I had noticed that there is one extra .dll in sys32 file which was causing for that, what i found manually matching with other SYSTEMS sys32 file. I had removed and problem solved.
Is the way to find above automatically?
