Answer» While trying to burn DVD's my computer will burn the dvd partially then suddenly crash. It will also do it sometimes while playing games (Runescape). A blue screen will appear and I am getting the error message: IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL ***stop: 0x0000000A (0x088B1446, 0x0000001c, 0x00000001, 0x8o515226) Any help would be very much appreciated.STOP_0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL This error occurs when a kernel-mode process attempts to access memory at an IRQL that is too high. The cause of this error is buggy device drivers, but can also be caused by virus scanners and backup TOOLS.

Navigate to: C:\Windows\Minidump folder. If you see any .dmp files, zip all of them, and attach zipped file to your next reply. Vista users You may need to copy .dmp files, paste them into some other folder, or desktop, and zip them there.
