Answer» I was trying to load a cd on my computer which is a TOSHIBA laptop with WINDOWS VISTA Home Premium, and it came up with the error message C00D11B1. I have tried multiple cds and still no luck?? Any ideas??Try removing the DRIVE and re-seating it...the release button should be on the bottom... |
