Solve : Error message File : \windows\system32\winload.exe?

I have a problem to boot with Windows 7 64 bits (Laptop of my cousin)
The error message is like that  :

CODE: [Select]File : \windows\system32\winload.exe
Status : 0xc00000e9
Please what can i do to SOLVE this problem ?

Now i'm scanning the hard drive with HDD Regenerator in HIREN Boot CD !
When the scan will finish i will tell you the result !
