|
Answer» Hi Everyone, Be nice to her Raptor, she is my sister.... I'm always nice, just to the point, that's all. We're still going to need more information than that, Fullbug, sorry. If there's an error on a page there's nothing you can do about it, it's not your page. Clicking on url links in emails is dangerous, try copying & pasting the link into the address bar of your browser. Is your Windows up to date? Thanks bro for sticking up for me! lol I use MSN mail and I updated my Windows today. Why is it dangerous to go on urls and why would it be All of the urls and not just a specific url on a website? Karen Quote If there's an error on a page there's nothing you can do about it, it's not your page. When you click on a link in an email you can be redirected to a malicious website. Ok, I got it now. Do I just wait for the pages to correct themselves (I haven't a clue how). So I will no longer click on urls then. Thanks so much for your help!! Kookykaren Quote Ok, I got it now. No, not all URLs are dangerous, Fed was giving you a general warning. She asked me to post here for her, the error message she keeps getting is worse then ever, any page she tries to access gets the error message, she cant even post here, this doesnt seem to have anything to do with emails it would seem... These details seem a little vague I know, any suggestions?some site's have parts that require extra programmes, such as Active X or Java. If you don't have these you get an error message, usually saying similar to "The site has loaded but with errors on page" if this is the case then not to worry as it is usually minor things that haven't loaded such as adverts (wahey!!) Hope I Helped Tecciewooo hooo I finally got on here!!! That is with the help of my computer guy. He asked what my brower was and I told him Internet Explorer. He told me to try going on through Fire FOX and it worked!!! no more error MESSAGES. I don't understand why this is but I am waiting for a phone call back from him. While I am here can someone please point me in the direction to where I would go for me to change my password and not have one given to me. I am having a very bad computer day! Thanks Bunches KookykarenYou were speaking of webmail, then. Not E-mail. There's a HUGE difference. Anyhow, Enjoy Firefox.
