Solve : error screen on XP install?

I wipped harddrive using debug routine to get rid of all partions & started fresh XP home install. STARTS fine & loads all DRIVERS , then says installing windows. Before the Press F-8 to agree screen  comes up it GOES blank & blue error screen comes up and says :                  
SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
Technical information :
***STOP:0x0000006F(0x0000002,0x00000000,
                                     0x00000000,0x00000000)
I have not added or removed any hardware.
This is an E-Machine PC , That had XP on it before & I bought new OEM XP Home .  
       
    Any addvice would be helpful .
