Solve : error transfer files from FTP server?? |

Answer» I'm trying to update a device I recently got.The software and device came together,so i download the disk and go through process of updating the device with the software and this comes up, "ERROR TRANSFER files from FTP server" can anybody walk me out of this? PLEASE! I don't no what it even means. Thanks Pete It simply means there's a problem downloading the file from the remote server - probably on their end.
