hey anyone please solve my problem: Whenever i open any folder with
video files, my explorer restarts. i saw some video files have nero
player symbol but in properties it show opens with windows media
player.
OS: windows XP SP2
CompaqV6316
intel dualcore
512MB ram




in the event viewer it shows "the shell STOPPED unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted". Below is from log file of Dr. Watson32.
