Answer» Strange question, does any body know if there is a way to set a second start bar in WINDOWS 7 that is only for clipping shortcuts to. The reason being that I like the idea of clipping shortcuts to the start bar but ALSO like having a clear list of ACTIVE programs/folders. Btw avoid www.screensavers.com lots of viruses, ADWARE, spyware and it directly asks for your personal details, just be sure.why not just USE a Quick Launch toolbar and put your shortcuts on it?
