Solve : extra drive appear? |

Answer» yesterday when i start my pc nothing happen just black screen with blinking cursor appear. i restart but nothing CHANGED, i press esc, ctrl+alt+del but nothing happened. i again restart and press del key during starting COMS setup utility with blue screen appear. i didnt know what to do with it so i select "save default setting " option and light gone. after one hour when i start my pc it start everything fine. when i open my computer icon i see one extra drive in "device with removable STORAGE" portion named """FLOPPY disk drive(A:)"". i never seen this drive since from when i buy this pc. i dont know from where it appear, when i try to open it a msg appear ""please insert a disk into floppy disk drive"" please help me why it appear and how can i get rid from it. i didnt install related to floppy disk or any driver. i am using win 7 32 bit firefox mozilla. i also reinstall my WINDOW but nothing changed. for reinstalling when i enter win 7 dvd and press restart nothing happen win start normally, reinstalling proccess does not start i try again, again win simply start. then i try to open win 7 dvd from my computer icon. when i double click on H: drive icon "install now " msg appear and installing process start, that didnt happen in past when i reinstall, in past i just put dvd and msg ""press any key"" with black screen but this time i dont know what was happening. after end of reinstall when i open C drive i see some of items like games GTA, delta force didnt DELETE from C drive after reistalling. it didnt happen before, in past when i reinsatll everything i keep in C drive be deleted. but this time some items left. please help what is wrong with my pc. at present pc running fine just extra drive appearing. Is there an option to disable a floppy drive from the bios? If you don't have a floppy drive present, there might be an option in the bios to enable or disable the drive. Disable the floppy drive and then save the settings. |
