I was trying to do restore on my laptop when in the middle of the process all of a sudden I get this message, "windows could not complete the installation to install Windows on this computer, restart the installation. When I click OK or I close that message then it automatically logs off, turns on, shows the message, logs off, turns on. Even if you SHUT down the laptop and turn it on again you can't break the circle it goes on and on. While it was circling I pressed and held space and f11 buttons it took to some MENU where I didn't know how to navigate and what to do. Now I can't get to that menu again. I'm not that GOOD with computers. Please help.Are you sure this Restore CD is for that MODEL Sony ? ?

This is a truly epic fail, but as we think, it's maybe a 'proper' fail, can you start in safe mode? Probably not but can you atleast get some info from the bios start? Any info is useful.
