When I browse files from a dialogue box e.g. Open, Browse, etc, the files and folders in the directories are always sorted from Z-A. When BROWSING to the same directory from Windows Explorer, they are sorted from A-Z. It happens to all dialogue boxes.

For example, when I try to attach a file to Outlook message, or to web-based mails (tried on IE/Firefox/Chrome), all same.

Any IDEA what is the problem here?

Thanks.Not a problem. You chose what ORDER you want.
Right click on a blank area, select sort by.. .. pick name date or what ever.
If you have details on, you can invert sort by clicking name.Go to your Windows explorer Tools menu, Folder options, View tab and under Advanced settings, look for Remember each folder's view settings and make sure it is ticked then hit Apply.
