Solve : FILE TYPES?

1.	Solve : FILE TYPES?
Answer» I USE win xp PRO. SP2. The icon for my .HTML document files do not have the I.E default apearance (e). The files look like incomplete downloaded files. I tried to change in TOOLS/FOLDER OPTIONS/FILE TYPES but it does not change. What can I do? Haydentools /internet options .....restore defaults?
