Answer» After a power fail on my old computer running WIN 98 I can't GET Win 98 to load up. Rebooting did not work. Need to transfer OUTLOOK Contacts file to a new computer using dos to COPY file to disk. Do not have a clue where this file is or file ext Can anyone help with this?
