Can anyone please tell me where i can find a free antispyware tool online that can do the scanning as well as REMOVING the spyware if detected on the internet?

Because what happened last weekend was my computer desktop firewall has been broken into and there are popups WINDOWS from microsoft reporting a few certain folders have been viewed or accessed by a remote computer.

What do you suggest i should do?
