Answer» Hi I just recently purchased a comp with VISTA 64 when ever I try to look at windows explorer my cursor is constantly flashing like a beacon every second it goes from the normal cursor to the CLOCKING donut and back. my system is not ACTUALLY clocking as far as i can tell. ANYONE have any idea why it's doing this? this is very distracting and irritating thanksWhat programs are running in the background/tray area ? ? Is the machine ONLINE at the time ? ? I'm afraid we are going to need more info...
