???WHEN I OPEN WINDOWS THE WINDOWS ME WILL FLICKER IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IS TWO OPEN WINDOWS IS THAT POSSIBLE?Scan for viruses, trojans and spyware.

Check refresh rate.

See if all cables are CONNECTED properly.

Install proper/updated drivers.more info needed on system ....... i have added GRAPHICS card maybe not SURE yes i have its a new MONITOR i am using lcd?...ram 32/64/128/256/512/1024 ? cpu celleron/pent 1/2/3/4?   for example...does this flicker occur when the pc is on for a whilewhat programs are in use when this happens to you...
