Solve : folders and web pages lag when moved?

when i open a folder or the internet and then try to

drag it somewhere it moves in kind of a delayed action

across the screen. I dont think i have a bad connection

to the internet because it does it for FOLDERS too. and im

pretty sure i dont have too many programs running.

any ideas?

ever since. Before that i had no problem.what is your RAM and ISP Speedjoko....have you visited ......

Because everyone here is a little STUBBORN I'll explain why you have to install videocard drivers.

Windows XP does not come with (official) videocard drivers. You will have to install these either from the CD-ROM that accompanied your videocard or the videocard's manufacturers WEBSITE.  Quote

im going to try to get the software from an friend to update, it hopefull that will work
