Solve : Forgot Dell Laptop Administrator password.?

Hi,

I was away overseas lastyear, came back home in December. I havent used my laptop since then & I NEED it for my uni course next week.
I cant remember my PASSWORD & wondering if there is a website to download a reset disk which doesnt DELETE documents, photos etc as I still want them.
