Answer» i want to make my computer brand new, ERASE all the stuff in the computer, its because its very slow, and i tried to format and i inserted win7 cd and all its done its reinstalled the windows for me. actaually what i wanted if s format, i NEED to get to a blescreen which asks for what type of format drive c dive d quick format , i wanted to get there, could anyone be able to help when i start my laptop its ask f12 for boot and f2 for something else and f12 has the boot from option of where from, i clicked cd/dvd drive all it does is just using the win cd there and reinstalled no history from chromebrowser is deleted and still i got file which are 2 moths old in the os (c) could anyone be able to help to make it brandnew type i hope u UNDERSTAND my query , guysPlease do not post the same question more than once.
