Solve : Freezing when switching off? |

Answer» I have WINDOWS XP version 5.1 sp2 and recently when I click "start" and then "turn off computer" my computer is freezing and won't go off, its ok when starting and runs fine its just the TURNING it off and the only way I can get it off is to unplug it from the mains. Has ANYONE got any suggestionsDid you download/install anything before this? |
