Answer» Hi I use Windows XP on what is a relatively new computer (6 months). Problem is, everytime my computer tries to show me a thumbnail of an mpeg movie file, my computer freezes and has to be reset. The only WAY I can view movie files is when I use Quicktime player, and change my view from 'Thumbnail' to 'Details' when Im browsing for it. It also freezes when I try to watch on Media Player or am trying to create a DVD. I hope Ive explained the problem with enough information. Can ANYONE please help me?Turn down the video hardware acceleration or if this does not work update graphics card driver
