this is going ot be greatYou could trick him. how rename the file and tell him its a game or something or do you have a better way?That sounds like a plan, you could send it to him as an email attachment, you could even send it to him as a zip file that included a setup.bat file to install whatever you want & get it to run whenever his computer boots up.
Depending on his protection levels & dumbness LEVEL you could even install a backdoor on his computer so then you would have FULL control of it.
