Answer» Hello, This is my first time here so thank you in advance for any help. My computer crashed in Sept. since then I have moved from Vista to Windows 7, I had to reinstall the drivers for the webcam but cannot find anything about the microphone. I have searched the net to SOLVE this problem however I haven't had much luck. Anyone FAMILIAR with how to solve this? Thanks! LindaTry this link --> http://www.hotcomm.com/faq/FAQ_trouble_mic.asp You could also check the documentation or manual of your mobo for any configuration/settings required, just in case.Since it's a Gateway, you might have to contact their support or check their website for the microphone's drivers. If you haven't tried it, you could also try doing a Windows Update and seeing if that helps as WELL, though I imagine going to Gateway's site might be your best bet.
