Solve : Geez! Lost correct colors in Windows XP?

Hi! I somehow lost my correct colors to EVERYTHING.

For example: Excel font colors SHOW blue when I click red, my desk top ALARM clock has turned bright blue when it's always been Yellow.

And the WORST part is that I spend a great deal of time doing artistic work using Paint.Net and all my HEX #'s are wrong. It's not possible to get orange on it either.

Anyone have any idea of a support or something that can restore my colors?
