sorry to bother you again but im just sorting out little problems that have annoyed me for a while.
When i first got my broadband (1MBPS) i was downloading really well at speeds like 100 kb/s + but then after my computer got wiped and i installed the sp2 update, i started to realise after a few weeks that my speeds were dropping and i was only successfully downloading stuff if had loads of seeds (like more than 200), which is rare with torrents.
After this i thought i WOULD TRY p2p, have tried bearshare, limewire, ares etc but they are all really temperamental and rarely get over 10kb/s, regardless of how POPULAR the file is.
Im on windows xp, sp2 and as i say i think its to do with the installation of sp2 because it was fine when i had sp1.
Im on talk talk broadband (1mbps) with a adsl sagem [email protected] 800 e3 modem.
Any help would be appreciated cos its really frustrating, im sure you can understand.

p.s. Normal DOWNLOADS from websites are fine and d/l really fast.
