hello, i'm PatiDee ... i have a Gateway laptop, model MT6821, Vista Operating System, purchased March '07 ... browser was INTERNET Explorer, just switched to FoxFire in an effort to correct this problem, however, it did not work ... problem is whenever i go to this particular GAMBLING website (AOL games, free play), after two or THREE hands of Blackjack i get kicked off, not off the Internet, off the website ... i've complained to Time Warner Cable thinking that it was the new RoadRunner service that i just got, but they claim it is the 'software' that came with my computer ... i tried to discuss with a Gateway Rep at an on-line chat, but since my computer is no longer under warranty, they cannot assist me ... they suggest i contact Gateway Support and PAY a FEE to have it diagnosed. (in the past, i played weekly, however in recent months i have not been going to that website at all ... i used to be able to play for hours WITHOUT interruption). any suggestions?
