Solve : Ghost Folder?

this FOLDER is a shortcut of the one that used to have pictures in it, i didnt make the shortcut, i deleted the other folder and cleaned out rec. BIN, this folder still remains, it SAYS:

"Error Deleting File or Folder

Cannot delete bv : The DIRECTORY is not empty."

now it says:

"Error Deleting File or Folder

Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk"

the folder is in:

C:\Documents and Settings\saiwing\Desktop\bv

The methods I used is CMD > del C:\Documents and Settings\saiwing\Desktop\bv  but it cant specify a path? :[ I also downloaded dr delete and it did not WORK, I don't know what else to do, anyone know how to delete ghosts?Try booting into Safe Mode & deleting it.

For future reference repeatedly tapping F8 when the machine is starting up will get you to safemode...
